Strap Returns
As a valued customer of Helvetus, you have the right to return your ordered item within 14 days of receipt. Our team is here to assist you throughout the return process.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Helvetus purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please read the policy carefully before sending anything back.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate and ship your return. Returns sent after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in brand-new condition — unused, unworn, and never installed on a watch
- Include all original packaging, tags, and protective films (if applicable)
- Show no signs of wear, handling, or modification
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Note on customs: Returns to Switzerland are tax-free. However, customs may occasionally not recognize a parcel as a return and apply charges in error. To avoid delays or unnecessary costs, we kindly ask that you declare a maximum return value of 20 USD when sending your item back.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested and shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, the item must:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Authorization
All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending anything back.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@helvetus.com
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) or Exchange Authorization (EA) number, along with detailed instructions and the correct return address.
- Items sent without authorization cannot be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after your return has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@helvetus.com
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
General Conditions
- Helvetus (Stralium LLC) reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
